Page Manager

Within the page management section of the Gemview Professional Content Management System you can see all of your web pages, along with their status within the workflow manager. From here you can also see archived versions of your web page and roll back if required.

Add and Define Your Page Properties

Adding a page within Gemview Professional is easy - just select where you want a page to go and click 'add page'. The first step is defining it, this is important from an SEO (search engine optimisation) perspective - as you will provide a friendly URL, add your meta data, and determine whether the page is shown in the sitemap and whether it is password protected.

Edit Your Webpage

Gemview Professional incorporates a What You See Is What You Get editor which makes it easy to edit your pages. This means you can see how your website will look as you make your modifications. With the page editor you can also select more advanced functionality and drag and drop where you want the functionality to be applied.

Comprehensive User Management

Gemview Professional includes a comprehensive user management facility in which you can create new content editors and roles as well as define their permissions.
